Jungle Jams

WHERE NATURE, MUSIC, AND MOVEMENT COME TO LIFE!

Registration Opens May 2025

About The Program

Jungle Jams is a dynamic, nature-based music and movement program designed for children ages 3-8 to explore the rhythms of the natural world through dance, drumming, storytelling, and creative play. Rooted in Montessori principles and early childhood development research, Jungle Jams encourages children to move, explore, and connect with nature in a fun and immersive way.

Through animal-inspired movement, interactive music sessions, and hands-on nature study, children develop coordination, confidence, and curiosity while learning about the environment. Whether they're leaping like a frog, drumming like a woodpecker, or swaying like the wind, every session sparks joy, creativity, and a love for the outdoors.

Offered as a seasonal enrichment program in partnership with Newark Arts Council, Jungle Jams is more than just a summer program—it’s a movement experience that inspires lifelong learning, self-expression, and environmental stewardship.Join us and let your little one dance, drum, and discover!
